General information
Service in this institution may be combined with work in other enterprises. The General Staff monitors all military activity in the Land of Clones.
Service in this institution requires additional 4 units of work capacity. If a clone combines its labour activity with a job in other enterprises and lacks work capacity for full-fledged work at this job, such resident fails to cope with its duties and, therefore, ceases to earn a salary. If an employee fails to cope with its duties for three days, it will be dismissed from the that institution.
Service in the General Staff is considered equal to the military service. Service in the General Staff cannot be combined with service in some Princedom or city/settlers' camp.
In case of continuous service for 30 days in an office requiring a higher rank, you will be granted the next military rank. However, in order to become colonel/1st grade captain or better you need to undergo training in the General Staff Academy.
In case of dismissal, the term of continuous service is zeroed.
Rank hierarchy for service in the General Staff:
- Staff Major enables rank advancement up to captain /3rd grade captain without training in the War Office.
- Staff Colonel enables rank advancement up to growing in ranks up to lieutenant colonel /2nd grade captain without training in the War Office.
- Staff Major General enables rank advancement up to growing in ranks up to lieutenant colonel /2nd grade captain without training in the War Office.
- Head of the General Staff enables rank advancement up to growing in ranks up to lieutenant colonel /2nd grade captain without training in the War Office.

General information
If you hold a position and there is a candidate for that position of a higher rank, such candidate will replace you in that position and you will be fired. You will also be fired if the candidate has the same rank as yours, but more military skill points.

If you get a job at the General Staff, you will only be able to leave the job on the next day or you could be fired on the same day if you get replaced.
Military skills can be acquired in Приказе Военных дел.
Bonus funds:
–10% of all sales by the Armourer is transferred to the fund of the General Staff.
